Question: Please describe your facility.
Answer: We opened our doors in 2005 in Hermiston, Oregon. We have continued to add new buildings every few years. We now offer 291 sheds and 48 RV parking spaces. In the last year we have really been focusing on how to make the experience better for our customers. We have added lighting, security cameras, and now the WebSelfStorage Business Platform and U-Haul rentals. We have already started to see that our customers love the changes and love the options the new program offers.

Question: What is one thing you are excited about in using a web based program?
Answer: We are very excited about being able to offer my customers better options to pay and view their accounts. We are excited to become a more technologically advanced business. We know our customers are going to love all their new options.
