Question: Please tell us a little bit about your facility.
Answer: We are proud of our newest acquisition, Mason Self Storage in Mason, OH. Mason Self Storage was conceived in 2007 with the first phase of development being completed in 2008 with additions in 2010, 2012 and 2014. We had the opportunity to purchase the facility in December 2013 and now feature approximately 85,000 square feet of rentable self-storage with our newest phase of 10,200 square feet just being completed as of June 1, 2014.

Since making the acquisition we knew it was important to make the switch to WebSelfStorage to continue to streamline our day to day onsite and corporate management of our facilities. We have been in the self-storage industry since 2005 and have operated on just about every management program out there but we always make the switch to using WebSelfStorage.

 Answer: Onsite professional management is the key to having a long-term successful investment in self-storage. Our managers are the faces of our operations and without them, we could not be as successful as we are.

Question: What’s one thing you’d like other affiliates in the network to know about your facility?
Answer: We strive to be the best facility with the most amenities in any market that we are located in. We offer three types of storage, climate controlled, non-climate controlled and outside parking. Our facilities are located in convenient high traffic areas and we offer on-site management, 24/7 kiosks, security cameras, electronic 24/7 gate access, local tenant moving trucks, moving and packing supplies and many other amenities to help our customers enjoy their storage experience.
